The best question to ask is ; What can it not clean !

The first orginal brush head targets a wider range of cleaning but does a great job for wear-resistant items for example: shoes, workwear, leather clothing, car interior, car seats.

The wire brush applies better to clean hard surfaces, bathroom and kitchen-like. For example: Ceramic, stove tops, iron pots.

The scouring pad brush is better to be used on for tools, kitchen tools and household appliances. For example: Pans, microwave, fridge etc..

The plastic brush head targets not only leather surfaces but also for wood waxing, car waxing and can be used easily for mirrors and screens. 

The sponge brush head is a softer head that is better to use for dishes, tiles, counter tops and also targets a wide range of cleaning needs.
